Tomas Kulvicius appointed at University of Southern Denmark

Tomas Kulvicius (BFNT and University of Göttingen) has been appointed assistant professor at the Center for BioRobotics at the Maersk Mc-Kinney Møller Institute of the University of Southern Denmark in Odense (June 2015).

He started his PhD in 2004 at University of Stirling in Scotland, UK and moved to Göttingen in 2005 where he continued his PhD in the group of Florentin Wörgötter. During his doctoral and consequent postdoctoral research in Göttingen, he investigated formation and utility of receptive fields in closed-loop learning systems. Since January 2015, he is assistant professor in the Center for BioRobotics at the Maersk Mc-Kinney Møller Institute, University of Southern Denmark in Odense, Denmark.
