Sub-Millisecond Precision

Bernstein Collaboration for Computational Neuroscience (BCOL)

It is the goal of the collaboration to increase the understanding of the processes underlying sub-millisecond precision in the nervous system. This goal can only be reached through a close interconnection of theory and experiment. One goal of this project is to analyze neurophonic data and to develop a model that may help to better understand the origin of the neurophonic potential and its relation to delay lines and coincidence detection.
